ABOUT ME

When I was twenty-one, I had a major pelvic reconstructive surgery to correct severe hip dysplasia. Every aspect of my recovery was challenging and ultimately inspired me to become a bodyworker, so that I could help others navigate similar experiences.

Over the past few years, I have explored both modern and traditional techniques that have led me to specialize in sports injury and post-op recovery, scar tissue remodeling, manual lymphatic drainage, and postpartum structural integration. In my practice I blend many techniques to tailor my treatments to each patient's unique needs, with a goal to release not only the physical manifestation of pain but also what lies beneath.
