ABOUT ME

My journey into bodywork was influenced by a major pelvic reconstructive surgery I underwent at the age of twenty-one, which ignited a desire to help others on their healing journeys.

Over the past few years, I have studied a range of modern and traditional techniques, specializing in deep tissue, sports injury and post-op recovery, scar tissue remodeling, manual lymphatic drainage, and energy work. In my practice, I blend these methods to tailor treatments that meet each patient's unique needs, and aim to release not only the physical manifestation of pain but also what lies beneath.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Targets deep layers of muscle and fascia through the application of firm pressure and slow strokes. My approach integrates myofascial release and trigger point therapy tailored to client needs.
