My journey into bodywork was influenced by a major pelvic reconstructive surgery I underwent at the age twenty-one. My personal recovery challenges ignited a passion for aiding others on their healing journeys. Over the past few years, I have studied a range of modern and traditional techniques—including deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, ScarWork, microcurrent point stimulation therapy, vagus nerve stimulation therapy, craniosacral therapy, Thai massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and energy work. In my practice, I integrate these methods to tailor treatments that meet each patient's unique needs, and aim to release not only the physical manifestation of pain but also what lies beneath.
